to the M60 screening on Wednesday, September 9, 2009 |
to the M60 screening on Thursday, September 10, 2009 |
for the M60 screening on Friday, September 11, 2009 |
Space is limited (and seating is very limited). We strongly recommend that you arrive as early as you can.
On all three nights we will screen the entire festival of 60-second films. It will be a breathless two hours of cinema, sequenced for pacing, rhythm, theme & jubilation. These three nights will be your only opportunity to see the M60 films with a big crowd, on a big screen.
DVDs will be for sale at the screenings. There will be an after-party on Friday night, open to everyone, with more details to come.
Our registration party took place on Friday, July 10, 2009 at La Sala Rossa. FREE. [facebook]
All were welcome at the registration party, but this was also where you could sign up for the festival. There were door prizes! Activities! Zoetrope workshops! Magic show by Sébastien Talbot! Julie Lequin, performing her "This American Life submission" piece. Screen test booth! Music! and more!
Registration was free, but limited to the first 120 films signed up.
Registration opened at 9:00pm. You were able to line up before then.
You could register only one film, be it yours or a friend's. There was no online or advance registration. Any number of people can work on a given film, but only one need sign up.
To register a film we will require one contact name, phone number and email address. This information will not be distributed.
Each submitted film will receive 1 free ticket valid for 1 screening night. Other tickets may be purchased before the screenings.
