Howdy M60′ers.. we want to thank all this year’s filmmakers and screening attendees, friends and families, supportive partners, coaches, elementary school teachers who truly believed in your creative capacities… This third edition of the annual Montreal 60 Second Film Festival was a smashing success, with a record number of films, a chance to see those submissions screened in a proper Cinéma, and rave reviews from public and press.
We want, of course, to encourage you to spread the word and invite people to participate in the fourth edition, M60 2011, launching with the expected blast next summer. They say species that live in isolation eventually can’t survive the harsh realities of the outside world, so let’s work through the cold, cold winter to continue to diversify our gene pool …quiet on the set… Action!
Take care, and please keep in touch via this site and the M60 Filmmakers Facebook page. Questions for you: What was great? What can we do better? We’re always working to improve M60, and we’d love your feedback.
