CONVERTING FILMS TO QUICKTIME

All M60 films must be submitted in the Quicktime .MOV format.

DV, AVI, WMV, etc are NOT supported.

If you’re having trouble creating a Quicktime .MOV, you can convert your film using a free program called MPEG Streamclip. It’s available for both Windows PC and Mac.

How to convert your film with MPEG Streamclip

  1. Run the application.
  2. From the menu, choose File / Open Files. Select your film and click Open.
  3. From the menu, choose File/ Export to Quicktime.
  4. Copy the settings in this screenshot. Please make sure you copy them exactly!


  5. Click on Make Movie.
  6. When the conversion is finished, submit your new Quicktime movie to M60 using this page.
